Financing Co-op Apartments!

It's our focus!  I started this company in 1998 after having worked in management positions with Fleet Bank, Huntington Bank and Bank of New England.  What I found:  The large institutions will have automated phones pick up your call, direct you to a que and then make you wait!  If you can eventually get a "live body" on the phone, the chance of that person knowing what a co-op is remote.

 I wanted to provide better service and by representing a broad variety of lenders, I hoped to provide competitive rates and products at the same time.  Approximately 80% of our business is providing the financing for co-op apartments.  We have a small staff dedicated to this task, and as a result our company has been described as a co-op financing boutique!  You will find that if you call our office during normal business hours, your call will not be answered by a machine.  In fact, more than likely, the person picking up the phone will know a LOT about co-op apartments.
